All four members of DAM (Mike Kelley, Cary Loren, Niagara, Jim Shaw) have signed the book. With it is a 1976 double-sided hand-pulled offset page from DAM Magazine #1. (8.5" x 11"). One side is Cary Loren's immortal portrait of Niagara; the other is Loren's image of Tuesday Weld. Vintage print is hand stamped by Loren & signed by Niagara.
