Evening Raga
1967. A photo-montage with delicate linework integrated into every limb, crevice and structure. This enormous and striking poster, one of my favorites, is Joe McHugh's masterpiece. As he described it is "attempting in its way to bring us into the center of the oncoming night, with faith that day will return and the night, too, holds our beauty and gentles it if we accept our fear, and don't try to run because of it".
