My New New York Diary
In 2008, director Michel Gondry wrote to cartoonist Julie Doucet to propose that they make a film together. The duo settled on a unique combination of drawing and film that inserts the “real” Julie into her own imagery. This book contains all of Doucet and Gondry's drawings for the film, which can be read as a complete narrative, and the DVD containing their complete 18-minute film.
