This excellent book consists of excerpts from Niagara's personal diaries during the crucial period of 1974-1976, recreated in her own hand lettering. Here are the very first Destroy All Monsters meetings, sketches, correspondence, sometimes accompanied by Cary Loren's photos. These entries describe a group and an aesthetic on the rise, as told through Niagara's inimitable voice. Really essential stuff here, just exactly what I always hoped to read. Essential.
